The story

Why I coach the way I do

Short version: I build with AI every week, and I teach what I use.

  1. Engineer

I started as a software engineer.

I have worked at companies across healthtech, construction tech, IoT and consulting. As a founder, I also build and ship my own products. Cardilog and Caspermate are the two I am proudest of.

  2. Add AI

Then I put AI to work inside those products.

AI explains health trends in Cardilog and scores practice answers in Caspermate. Getting that right taught me where AI helps, where it fails, and how to check its work.

  3. Why 1:1

Courses teach tools. Coaching changes how you work.

Most people do a course, try a few prompts, then stop. In 1:1 coaching we work on your real tasks, so the new habits stick. You leave with workflows you use the next morning.

  4. Why check-ins

    Monthly check-ins keep you moving.

AI tools change every few weeks. A short check-in each month helps you keep what works, drop what does not, and try the next useful thing without starting again.

  5. Community

    People learn faster together.

The community and events give you peers who are solving the same problems. You can ask questions, share what worked and see real examples from other teams.

Cardilog: heart health tracking with AI insights

Problem
People who track their blood pressure often keep the numbers on paper or in notes. It is hard to spot trends or give a doctor a clear record.
What I built
  • Tracks blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, steps, HRV and medications in one app
  • Syncs both ways with Apple Health
  • AI insights that explain trends in plain words
  • A PDF health report made on the phone and sent by email
  • Eight languages and in-app subscriptions
What it proves
I have taken an AI product from idea to the App Store and kept it running. I coach from that work, not from slides.

What you’ll learn from this: How to add AI to a real product safely, and how to scope it so you ship in weeks, not months.

Caspermate: AI-scored Casper test practice

Problem
Medical and health applicants sit the Casper test, including the RACGP National Entry Assessment in Australia. Good practice needs honest, fast feedback, which is hard to find.
What I built
  • A bank of 149 practice scenarios: 125 typed and 24 video
  • AI scoring and feedback on typed and spoken answers
  • A free typing-speed test with no sign-up
  • A free plan to try it before paying
What it proves
I build AI that gives useful feedback on human answers. That is the same skill your team needs to use AI well at work.

What you’ll learn from this: How to write prompts and checks so AI feedback stays useful, consistent and on topic.

How I work

Three principles

  1. 01

    Your work, not a demo

Every session uses your own tasks, documents and tools. If it does not help on Monday, we change it.

  2. 02

    Small steps you can keep

One new workflow at a time, tried for a week, then reviewed. Progress beats a long list of tips.

  3. 03

    Safe and honest about limits

We check AI output, protect private data and say clearly when AI is the wrong tool for the job.
