About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, book or buy anything from taibi.ai, or join one of our communities. taibi.ai is run by Faisal Taibi from New South Wales, Australia. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We offer:
- Programmes you buy online, such as 1:1 AI coaching, the executive AI programme and AI for doctors. What is included is described on each programme page.
- Training and workshops for teams, quoted after an enquiry.
- Speaking engagements, such as keynotes and panels, quoted after an enquiry.
- Free community groups on Telegram, and events.
Our training is general education about AI tools. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You decide how you use AI in your work and are responsible for checking AI output before relying on it. Programmes for doctors do not give clinical advice and are not accredited unless a programme page says so.
Bookings
After you buy a programme, we email you within one business day to book your sessions. Sessions run online or in person in Sydney and Melbourne, as described on the programme page.
You can reschedule a session for free with at least 48 hours' notice. A session missed without notice may count as used. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you a new time at no cost.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Online purchases are one-off payments processed by Stripe; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Team training and speaking are invoiced as set out in your written quote.
Cancellations and refunds
For programmes you buy online:
- Cancel within 14 days of buying, before your first session, for a full refund.
- After your first session, we refund the sessions you have not used, less a fair amount for any materials or planning already delivered.
- To cancel, email hello@taibi.ai. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Speaking engagements
A speaking booking is confirmed when you accept our written quote and pay any deposit it sets out. The quote covers the fee, travel, the talk format and any recording rights.
If you cancel, the cancellation terms in the quote apply. If we cannot attend because of illness or an emergency, we will offer a new date or a full refund of anything paid to us. Recording or streaming a talk needs our written agreement.
Community rules
Our Telegram groups and events work because people are kind and useful. Please:
- be respectful, and disagree with ideas, not people;
- do not spam, sell or recruit without asking first;
- never share patient, client or other people's personal or confidential information;
- do not share content you do not have the right to share.
We may remove posts or members who break these rules. Telegram's own terms also apply. Posts in a group are visible to its members, so share with care.
Our content
Course materials, slides, templates and videos are ours or used with permission. You may use them for your own learning and inside your own organisation. Please do not resell, republish or share them publicly without our written permission.
Liability
We take care to make our training accurate and current, but AI tools change quickly and we cannot promise particular results.
To the extent the law allows, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Where the law allows, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information and cookies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you bought or booked apply to that purchase or booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
